PagePiece provides local reading tools and optional sync features. You are responsible for the content you import and for complying with the rights attached to that content.

Subscription

• Subscription unlocks synced reading progress across signed-in devices.
• Book files remain on your devices and are not uploaded to the PagePiece sync server.
• PagePiece offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The localized monthly price is displayed in the app and confirmed again in the store purchase sheet before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription from the PagePiece subscription screen or directly in your platform store account.
• After signing in, you can restore through the same store account used for the purchase. If that purchase is linked to another PagePiece account, the app asks for confirmation before moving subscription benefits to the current account.
• If Apple or Google refunds or revokes a transaction, subscription benefits end when the updated store status is confirmed by PagePiece.

Account deletion

Deleting your PagePiece account removes linked sign-ins, server sessions, synced reading progress, synced library records, and subscription links. It does not cancel an active platform-store subscription, which must be canceled separately through Apple or Google.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service in a way that breaks the app, the sync service, or third-party provider terms.
• Do not upload or sync unlawful material.
